Order Processing
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

These are estimated delivery times provided by our carriers. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or high-volume seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier rates.
Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated during checkout or in promotional offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment is processed.
Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems delayed or tracking stops updating, please contact us at kudl.helpp@gmail.com We’ll work with Tapstitch and the carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Since each product is made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
